UAE PERMANENT MISSION OFFICES

GENEVA
SWITZERLAND
Institutional Interior Architecture

UAE Permanent Mission Offices is an institutional interior architecture project in Geneva, Switzerland, commissioned by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the United Arab Emirates.

The project involved the transformation of a 1,200 m² office space, distributed across three floors within the former UNICEF building in Geneva.

Developed in collaboration with Ileda General Contractor & Partners, the intervention was carried out within a highly constrained timeframe, requiring precision, efficiency, and clarity of design.

Based on a brief established by the Ministry’s technical team in Abu Dhabi, the project adopts a minimal and controlled architectural language, balancing representation, functionality, and spatial coherence.

Completed in just six months, the project strictly adhered to both Swiss and Emirati safety standards, ensuring a modern, elegant design that meets the highest security requirements.

The individual offices for diplomats are designed with transparency, featuring Fantoni glass partitions that bring light and openness to the spaces.

A modern and understated line of furniture elegantly furnishes the spaces, enhancing the atmosphere of refined simplicity.
