MASSONNENS - FRIBOURG

Renovating the Old & Historic Fribourg Farm, located in the village of Massonnens in the canton of Fribourg, was a significant challenge.
Recognized as a historical monument, the farm required us to collaborate closely with the Department of Monuments and Sites of the canton of Fribourg.
The project involved a complete overhaul from A to Z, covering everything from the technical aspects of the façade to the interior layout.
This included reconfiguring the distribution of rooms to create a family home for an English couple with many children and grandchildren.
The farm’s large surface area allowed for the creation of several distinct spaces, including a spacious dining room and multiple bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.
