Clarity, fluidity and restraint define the Knight Frank offices in Lausanne, designed to express the identity of an international real estate consultancy through a contemporary and elegant architectural language.

Extending across 200 sqm, the interior architecture follows a minimalist approach, punctuated by touches of colour that bring rhythm and personality to the space.

The open layout encourages natural light, facilitates interaction and creates continuity between the different working areas. Every element contributes to a harmonious and functional environment with a coherent architectural identity.

The carefully selected color palette introduces touches of warmth and vibrancy, giving each area a unique identity while maintaining a cohesive, serene atmosphere.

This project, executed with attention to every detail, combines sophistication with a clean, modern aesthetic to provide a welcoming yet professional environment.

In the project for Knight Frank, several designs from Adeli were incorporated, adding a contemporary and elegant touch to the space. Among these are the desk from the Intothepers collection, with its minimalist design, and two rugs from the Déconstructivisme collection, featuring bold patterns.

These pieces, highlighted in the Design section of Adeli’s website, enhance the project’s identity by seamlessly blending furniture, art, and architecture.
