Since its construction in the 60s, this Villa located in Montreux, had never undergone any modification or renovation. However, it’s been given a new lease on life since its acquisition in January 2014.

In accordance with the wishes of the new owner, the architect has made a total transformation of the existing area and also enlarged the villa by creating a 70m2 annex for renting. All changes and extensions have respected and emphasized the original architectural line of the villa.
